1. Stratified loading mechanism: a 3-layer stratified loading mechanism is set in the box body to realize the lifting and lowering of the clapboard through the hydraulic system, and the clapboard of each layer is equipped with columned partition.
2. Feeding system: it is composed of liquid food box, pipeline pump, pipeline and feeding mouth, etc., to realize the delivery and feeding of liquid food.
3. Constant temperature system: the system is composed of an on-board refrigerator, a heating fan, a gas mixing and conveying bin, and a exhaust fan, etc., to realize the circulation and constant temperature of the gas in the piglet's living space. In order to ensure the control of temperature in the process of transportation, the livestock and poultry transport vehicles are equipped with double-system refrigeration and air conditioning, and three rows of vents and shutters with electric exhaust fans are designed on both sides of the box to realize the cooling of the box in summer. In order to solve the heating problem of livestock and poultry transportation in winter, an independent water heating system and an intelligent inspection instrument are adopted to keep the temperature constant in the carriage. The temperature change in the carriage can be monitored in the cab in real time for the convenience of temperature control.
4. Spray system: it is composed of a pneumatic water tank, pipes, sprinkler head and sewage collection box, which can cool down the temperature of piglets and clean the box.
5. Access channel: the back door automatically expands through the hydraulic system to form the access channel for piglets to enter and exit the box body, and there are guardrails for piglets to get up and down.
6. Power supply system: equipped with micro-generator to supply power to related equipment
