Dust suppressing vehicle is a special vehicle that can control dust pollution by spraying dust suppressing agent and other spraying liquid. The dust suppression vehicle mainly USES the hydraulic system and the interaction with the electronic control system, that is, the mobile spraying equipment injects the spraying liquid into the liquid storage tank in the liquid distribution station and reaches the spraying point by itself; When the train passes, the photoelectric detection system starts to identify the traction locomotive. After the traction locomotive passes, the signal is sent out, and the control personnel controls the hydraulic transmission system to rotate the liquid distribution pipe to be orthogonal to the carriage. At the same time, the liquid pump is started to spray. And adjust the flow of liquid pump to reach the design spraying standard. The photoelectric detection system sends a signal to the PLC between the train hooks and gears, and controls the stepper motor or servo motor to stop the spraying and spraying by rotating the shielding drum of the transmission connection device. When the train passes completely, the device stops spraying.
