Concrete pump truck is a machine that uses pressure to continuously transport concrete along pipes. It consists of a pump body and a conveying pipe. According to the structure, it is divided into piston type, extrusion type and water pressure diaphragm type. The pump body is installed on the chassis of the car, and then equipped with a telescopic or flexed cloth rod, which constitutes the pump car.
The concrete pump truck is reformed on the chassis of a heavy truck. It is installed on the chassis with motion and power transmission devices, pumping and mixing devices, distribution devices and other auxiliary devices. The power of the concrete pump truck transmits the power of the engine to the hydraulic pump group or rear axle through the power transfer box, and the hydraulic pump pushes the piston to drive the concrete pump.
